Sublimation Stubby Holder Blank — Full-Colour Custom Stubby Coolers

This blank stubby cooler consists of a white polyester-coated neoprene panel with a black rubber base. The white polyester surface accepts dye sublimation ink with vibrant, photographic colour and fine detail. The neoprene layer provides the insulation that keeps cans cold, and the rubber base prevents the holder from sliding on smooth surfaces.

To customise: print your design mirrored onto sublimation paper, wrap it around the panel, secure with heat tape, and press at 190–200°C for 50–60 seconds using a flat press or a dedicated stubby press. The design transfers permanently into the polyester fibres — it will not peel, crack, or fade through normal use and washing.

The standard panel (210 × 117 mm) wraps a 375 ml Australian standard can. The large panel (245 × 150 mm) accommodates taller cans and larger format designs. Both sizes include the rubber base.
