Heat Seal Tape for Sublimation Stubby Holders: How It Works
Sublimation stubby cooler panels are flat polyester sheets that you print, then form into a cylinder by joining the two short edges. This 12mm × 23m heat seal tape is the joiner — applied with a heat press at 110°C for 10 seconds, it bonds the seam permanently and invisibly from the outside of the finished cooler.
One 23m roll provides approximately 200+ seam joins at standard stubby holder height, making it cost-effective for production runs. The tape bonds to polyester and neoprene-type sublimation stubby panels — it is not designed for general fabric or paper bonding.
