Pre-stitched stubbies arrive seam-completed with the metal insert already fitted — you simply press the design onto the panel surface and ship. Panel blanks ship flat for shops that prefer to assemble in-house. Both options accept any standard sublimation print workflow at 200°C × 60s.

What you press them with

A flat press handles stubby panels; you will also need sublimation paper, sublimation ink and heat tape. Stubby holders also sell well alongside coasters and bar mats and drinkware as a pub or event pack.
