Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 2:00pm AEST (Mon–Fri) are dispatched same day. Orders placed after 2:00pm or on weekends are dispatched the next business day.

Estimated Transit Times

  • Sydney Metro: 1–2 business days
  • NSW Regional: 2–4 business days
  • Melbourne / VIC: 2–3 business days
  • Queensland: 3–5 business days
  • South Australia: 3–5 business days
  • Western Australia: 5–8 business days
  • Tasmania / NT: 5–8 business days

Freight Costs

Freight is calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. We use a combination of TNT, StarTrack, and Australia Post depending on product size and location.
