Please read these terms and conditions (the “Terms”) carefully. By using or browsing the Website, you agree to be bound by the Terms. If you do not agree with the Terms, please stop using the Website.

Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you agree to pay the purchase price listed on the Website for the Products, plus any applicable shipping costs.

We currently accept payment via credit/debit card, PayPal, Zip, Direct Bank Transfer, and Pay on Pickup. By using any of these payment methods, you also agree to be bound by that provider’s own terms and privacy policy.

Once payment is confirmed, we’ll send you a receipt confirming your order.

Returns and Warranty

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any guarantee, warranty, or right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where a Product fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you’re entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund (and compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss), depending on whether the failure is major or minor.

Delivery

We use third-party carriers to deliver orders (the “Delivery Providers”). We’ll offer delivery options made available by our Delivery Providers, but we don’t control their service directly.

If an order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at sales@bizsupplies.com.au with details, and we’ll help resolve it with the Delivery Provider.

If a dispute arises under these Terms, please contact us first at sales@bizsupplies.com.au so we can try to resolve it directly. If it can’t be resolved this way, either party may refer the dispute to mediation before starting court proceedings, except where urgent injunctive relief is needed.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

Severance

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that part will be removed and the rest of the Terms will remain in effect.
