- Are the vinyl cutter drivers compatible with Windows 10 / 11?
- The Creation PCut and KingCut driver packs above install correctly on Windows 10 and 11 64-bit. If your machine is Windows 11 with Secure Boot enabled, you may need to disable driver signature enforcement once during install — see the FTDI Drivers Installation Guide above.
- I can’t find my heat press model — do you have its manual?
- We stock 50+ heat press model manuals not listed above (PREMIUM range: APD/APDL/APDS, ASTM, BEX, ECH-800, MAVS, MAX, MKHP, MP-60/70/80, SENKO, SHT, STM, Vacuum I/II, XSTM and more). Call (02) 9119 2164 with your model number and we’ll email it to you.

- What’s the temperature and time for pressing transfer paper?
- It varies by paper type. For PermaTrans inkjet papers, typically 175°C × 25 seconds with firm pressure and parchment cover. For laser papers, typically 165–170°C × 12–15 seconds. Each instruction PDF above gives the exact pressing parameters for that specific paper.
- Can I download files without an account?
