Returns & Refunds Policy

Change of Mind Returns

We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery, provided:

  • The item is unused and in original packaging
  • You contact us at sales@bizsupplies.com.au before returning
  • Return freight is at the customer’s expense

A 15% restocking fee may apply to opened consumables (ink, powder, film).

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, we will arrange return freight at our cost and offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue.

Equipment Warranty

Equipment (heat presses, DTF printers, shakers) carries the manufacturer’s warranty. For warranty claims:

  1. Contact us at sales@bizsupplies.com.au with your order number and a description of the fault
  2. We will assess the claim and liaise with the manufacturer on your behalf
  3. Warranty periods vary by product — see individual product listings for details

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-printed products (gang sheets, printed transfers)
  • Opened ink, film, or powder once the seal is broken (unless faulty)
  • Items damaged through misuse

How to Return

Email sales@bizsupplies.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We will send you a Return Authorisation (RA) number and return instructions. Do not return items without an RA number.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned goods.
