Colby Crocker — Founder & Managing Director
Colby started Biz Supplies in 2009 after years working hands-on in the Australian sign and print industry. He personally tests every product category before it’s listed — pressing, cutting, and putting transfers through wash cycles in our Peakhurst workroom. If it doesn’t perform in real conditions, it doesn’t go in the catalogue.
Colby manages our supplier relationships directly, including the Dae Ha distributorship. When Dae Ha released their first OEKO-TEX certified DTF film range, Colby flew to Korea to inspect the manufacturing process before committing to stock. Operations & Customer Support
Our operations manager oversees warehouse logistics, order fulfilment, and supplier stock planning. The customer support team handles phone and email enquiries across DTF setup, heat press calibration, software configuration, and general troubleshooting — every team member has hands-on experience with the equipment and consumables we sell, so technical questions get real answers.
