Vinyl Wrap Film for Cars — Matte and Satin
This is our bubble-free vinyl wrap film, sold by the metre off a 1520mm-wide roll. Matte and satin are the same film here — it is stocked as Matte Black, Matte White and Satin Silver, so if you came looking for matte vinyl wrap, this is the right page. Ships from our Peakhurst (Sydney) warehouse, wholesale pricing, no minimum order.
How much vinyl wrap do you need?
Work in metres, not “kits”. At 1520mm wide, a full exterior wrap uses approximately 15–20 m for a small sedan (Corolla, Mazda 3) and 25–30 m for a mid-size SUV (RAV4, CX-5). Add 10–15% for trimming and joins. Buy in 10 m increments to reduce seams — a single 30 m roll covers most passenger cars without a mid-job shortfall.
Matte Car Wrap Vinyl — What to Know Before You Buy
This is a monomeric PVC wrap film — the right choice for flat panels, bonnets, roofs, and gentle single-curves like doors and bumper faces. Monomeric film has less elongation than cast vinyl, which means it wraps flat surfaces cleanly but will lift on compound curves (door handles, mirror capsules, wheel arch lips). For those areas, use cast wrap vinyl or leave them standard.
The bubble-free removable adhesive makes application more forgiving: you can lift and reposition sections within the first few minutes of laying. It comes off cleanly within 2–3 years with no adhesive residue on factory paint — important if you are wrapping a leased vehicle or plan to revert before selling.
At 1,520 mm wide, a full car wrap uses approximately 15–20 m for a small sedan and 25–30 m for a mid-size SUV. Buy in 10 m increments to reduce joins. Available in Matte Black, Matte White, and Satin Silver.
