Which Silicone Mat Does Your Heat Press Need?
A worn or hardened silicone mat causes uneven pressure across the platen, leading to faded edges, streaky transfers, and failed sublimation. Replacing the mat restores even contact and protects your platens. Our replacement mats are cut to standard heat press dimensions and are heat-resistant to 230°C — well above the 180–200°C range used for HTV and sublimation.
We stock mats for the most common platen sizes used in Australia. If you have an unusual size, measure your existing mat and contact us at sales@bizsupplies.com.au — we may be able to source it or cut to size.
