Heat Presses

The heat press is the bottleneck in most apparel-decoration shops — get it right and production flows; get it wrong and every job has consistency problems. Biz Supplies stocks flat presses, mug presses, cap presses, plate presses, and combo multi-presses for every shop size from solo trader to multi-machine production line.

Our flat heat press range covers 38×38cm clamshells (great for T-shirt shops up to 100 garments/day) through 40×60cm auto-pop-up models for higher volume. For sublimation drinkware, our digital mug presses pre-heat in under 5 minutes and hold ±2°C accuracy across 6oz through 17oz sizes.

Choosing your first heat press

For most starting shops we recommend a 38×38cm clamshell — small enough for low rent, large enough to press kids’ tees through adult XL across the full graphic. Step up to 40×50cm or 40×60cm once your daily run consistently exceeds 50 garments. Plate, cap, and mug presses are typically additions to a flat press, not replacements.
