Sublimation Mug Presses

Curved drinkware cannot be pressed flat — a mug press wraps a heated element around the mug so pressure and temperature stay even across the whole print area. Biz Supplies stocks single-station and multi-function mug presses from our Peakhurst (Sydney) warehouse.

What we stock

  • 11oz professional-grade mug press — the standard production machine for the most common mug size
  • Large mug press, 10oz–15oz — covers latte mugs and taller vessels off one element
  • 4-in-1 multi-function — interchangeable elements for several mug diameters, useful when your range spans mugs, steins and bottles
  • 5-in-1 combo (swing-away) — mug, cap, plate and flat platen on one machine, for shops starting out

Getting clean mug prints

Two things cause most rejects. First, a shifted wrap — secure the transfer with heat tape along the seam, not just at one edge. Second, handling while hot — the coating stays soft for a few seconds after release, so let the mug cool before you touch the print face.

Element size must match the mug diameter, not just its volume. A press sized for 11oz will not close evenly on a 15oz latte mug.
