Sublimation Coasters & Bar Mats

Create the perfect custom gifts or promotional items with our blank coasters and bar mats. We stock a wide range of materials, including MDF, rubber, and glass coasters, as well as full-size sublimation bar runners. All items are stocked in Sydney.

Choosing a coaster material

• MDF — the standard promotional coaster, lowest cost per unit, prints sharply
• Rubber — heavier and non-slip, suits pubs and hospitality
• Glass — premium gift and wedding market
• Bar runners — long-format rubber mats for branded bar fronts

Bar runners need a long-bed press. Our flat press range includes a lanyard/bar-mat press sized for them; a standard 38×38cm clamshell will not cover a full runner in one hit.

The rest of the workflow

You will also need sublimation paper, sublimation ink and heat tape. Coasters sell well bundled with stubby holders and drinkware as a hospitality or event pack.
