Dye Sublimation Heat Press Instructions
- Preparation: Remove the protective film from the glossy surface. Mirror the image.
- Placement: Secure the transfer firmly to the placemat surface with heat tape.
- Heating Parameters (Reference Only):
- Temperature: 180°C
- Time: 50 - 70 seconds
- Pressure: Medium
- Finish: Remove the sublimation paper immediately and let the placemat cool on a flat surface.
Note: Always test a sample as heat press calibration can slightly affect optimal pressing time.
