The Heart of Your Printer's Maintenance System
The ink system components are the hardest working parts of your DTF printer. They filter the ink, clean the printhead, and manage waste ink flow. Because DTF ink is thick and sticky, these parts are consumables that must be replaced regularly to prevent printhead damage.
Our Range Includes:
Dampers & Filters
The last line of defense for your printhead. Dampers filter out impurities and regulate ink pressure. Recommendation: Replace every 6 months to prevent ink starvation.
Capping Stations (Cap Tops)
This seals the printhead when not in use to keep it moist. If the rubber seal gets warped or dirty, your head will dry out. Recommendation: Replace every 6-12 months.
Wiper Blades
The rubber blade that physically wipes excess ink off the nozzle plate. A worn or dirty wiper will smear ink across your head, causing clogs. Recommendation: Clean daily, replace when edges are worn.
Ink Pumps
These pumps create the suction needed for cleaning cycles. If your printer isn't pulling ink during a "Head Clean," the pump is often the culprit.
