Protect Your Printhead: Replace Your Cables
Did you know that a dirty or damaged data cable is the most common reason for a blown printhead? Ink mist can settle on the exposed gold pins of your Head Cables (FFC), causing a short circuit that destroys both the printhead and the carriage board instantly.

Head Cables (FFC)
We stock various pin-counts (30-pin for i3200/4720, etc.) and lengths. Expert Recommendation: Always replace your data cables whenever you install a new printhead. It is "cheap insurance" to protect your investment.
Carriage Boards
The interface board that sits on top of the printhead carriage. This board controls the firing of the nozzles and often needs replacing if a short circuit occurs.

Our boards and cables are designed for standard Chinese Direct-to-Film printers using Hoson or Hansen control systems (e.g., Audley, Oric, TitanJet).
