The Secret to Durable, Stretchy Transfers
Using the right powder is critical for a professional result. Poor quality powder leads to cracking, peeling, and a "sandpaper" feel on the shirt.
Our Premium TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) Powder is formulated to be soft, flexible, and incredibly durable in the wash. It has a medium-fine grind, which is the "sweet spot" for holding fine details without clogging your shaker.
Choose the Right Powder for the Job:
White Powder (Standard)
The "Go-To" Choice. This is what you will use for 95% of your jobs. It works perfectly on white, light, and dark cotton garments. It provides a clean, neutral backing to your print.
Black Powder (Anti-Migration)
The "Polyester" Specialist. Designed specifically for sublimated polyester sports shirts (like football jerseys). Black powder acts as a blocker, stopping the dye from the shirt from bleeding through (migrating) and turning your white ink pink or grey.
Application:
Suitable for both Manual Application (in a tray) and Automated Shakers. Cure at approx 120°C - 130°C until the powder melts into a glossy, transparent finish.
