Dye Sublimation Heat Press Instructions
Achieve vibrant, long-lasting results every time. These mugs are compatible with all standard mug presses and 3D vacuum presses.
- Print Preparation: Mirror the image before printing onto sublimation transfer paper.
- Placement: Secure the transfer firmly using heat tape.
- Heating Parameters (Reference Only):
- Temperature: 185°C (365°F)
- Time: 180 seconds (3 minutes)
- Pressure: Medium/Firm
- Finish: Carefully remove the mug (use heat-resistant gloves) and peel the transfer paper immediately. Allow the ceramic to cool completely.
Note: Always test a sample as equipment and atmospheric conditions may slightly affect optimal pressing time.
